As a Branch Leader and Mortgage Advisor with NEO Home Loans, I’m passionate about helping clients build generational wealth through education, strategy, and personalized mortgage solutions. I lend in all 50 states and specialize in creating financial clarity—empowering families to make confident, informed decisions about homeownership and long-term financial success.


Outside of helping clients, I’m a proud husband to my amazing wife, Kelly, and a dad to our daughter, Lucy. Our family also includes a black lab named Kaia and a cat named Tux. When I’m not guiding clients toward financial freedom, you’ll find me skiing, golfing, mountain biking, riding ATVs/motorcycles, or working on my property. I also love spending time at the pool or lake with family and friends.

Joey Giannaras

Joey Giannaras is passionate about helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. Based in Charlotte, NC, he brings years of mortgage experience and a client-first approach to every interaction. Whether it’s a first home, an upgrade, or a refinance, Joey takes the time to understand each client’s goals and guide them toward the best loan solution.


Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth lacrosse, exploring local restaurants, and spending time outdoors with his dogs. His motto: “Treat every client like family and every loan like it’s my own.”

Client Success Manager

Originally from Argentina, where Spanish is her first language, she began her mortgage career in 1994 as a junior loan processor and has since held roles from senior processor to portfolio underwriter.



In 2019, she joined the NEO Team and now serves as a Client Success Manager—her favorite role yet—helping clients navigate their homeownership journey with confidence. She’s passionate about building strong relationships and ensuring every client feels empowered in their decisions. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, live music, and traveling whenever she can.
